about us and who we are together

Who are we?

360Globalnet provides the world’s leading insurers with all the tools they need to digitally transform their interactions with all parties to a claim.

Our mission

Our mission is to enable our clients to deliver a customer experience comparable to that of the best online retailers, whilst simultaneously slashing their operational costs and boosting NPS.

Our strategy

Our strategy has been to engineer-out the issues caused by inflexible and out-dated legacy technology, using our fully digital no-code end-to-end online claims platform that revolutionises the insurance claims process.

Our technology

Our multi-award-winning no-code digital claims technology strips out the cost and delays from traditional IT systems and developments, handing the power, agility and flexibility back to the business practitioners by no longer requiring IT development teams to make changes to customer interfaces and claims processes.

Our results

This transformative approach is enabling our clients, some of the world’s largest insurers, to achieve NPS scores in the high 70s and above, whilst also collapsing costs through end-to-end automation and supply-chain orchestration, leaving them the ability to provide empathy and reassurance over the phone when required.

Our history

360Globalnet was founded in 2010 and is under the leadership of founder, Paul Stanley. In only a few years, we have turned a start-up into an international business which has become widely recognised as a benchmark in both insurance and technological innovation, with our multi-award-winning digital claims platform, 360SiteView.

What began as a vision to offer insurance businesses digital models that streamline data collection, storage and management, has today become an end-to-end process that delivers proven results.

Our services and solutions are now being used by major insurers across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
