Allianz-owned Territory Insurance Office (TIO) has launched a digital claims facility with the support of UK-based online no-code digital claims platform developer, 360Globalnet.
TIO decided on the platform after the pilot run produced improved efficiencies in claims handling and better customer engagement. 360Globalnet's technology focuses on providing a customer experience similar to that of the best online retailers, and in doing so, digitises and automates the entire claims lifecycle, transforming customer engagement and operational costs.
“We are continually looking for new ways to improve our claims service proposition and make things easier for Territorians,” General Insurance Claims Senior Manager Margaret Pratten said. “We are excited to be able to offer a digital means of communication and, by doing so, we will be able to streamline our internal processes and significantly reduce the time it takes a customer to provide evidence relating to a claim.”
